(For the technically inclined, we only store a salted and peppered hash for authentication in our systems, which is why we can't tell you your password.)
All payments are made either through the Paypal or Stripe online gateways. Your credit card details are never visible to us and all transactions are encrypted. We only collect sufficient information to enable us to issue you with a valid Tax Invoice and to contact you for support and account maintenance reasons.
Little Red Turtle does not believe in lock-in contracts. We want you to be delighted with our service and happy to be our customer.
As we base our forward commitments on orders and subscriptions received, we incur financial liabilities that persist even if you should decide to cancel. For that reason, we are unable to issue refunds.
However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, by either emailing us or, preferably, by using the Paypal or Stripe web site as appropriate.
